1.3 Accuracy of Information

2.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

654db currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers through major banks in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests must use the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required in cases of suspected fraud or unusual transactions.

2.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on 654db are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in foreign currencies are not accepted. Applicable bank charges may apply for bank transfers.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more still yields a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus funds only, not to the combined deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 in wagers before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus terms may include a time limit; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• 654db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may be cancelled in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.

654db has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Users can move up to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and platform engagement. Cashback is added to the account automatically. 654db reserves the right to modify VIP terms.

5.1 Permitted Activities

All users on the 654db platform may enjoy games in a fair and ethical manner. The platform uses SSL encryption and secure technology to uphold its fair play policy.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusive cheating or bonus hunting through the coordination of multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting fraud through credit card fraud or chargebacks.

10.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any withdrawable balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned, however bonus funds will be cancelled.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by 654db

654db may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If cooperation is not provided during the identity verification process.
• If evidence of manipulation or fraud is found.
• If the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Upon instruction from legal authorities.

654db takes all user complaints seriously. The process for submitting a complaint is as follows:

• 654db will review all complaints fairly and impartially and communicate its decision.

The decision of 654db shall be considered final. However, in the case of serious disputes, both parties will make efforts to reach a resolution through discussion.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bengali and any other language version, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

If any clause of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a court or competent authority, the remaining clauses shall remain fully in effect.
